01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jill55 and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the jill55 platform, website, mobile interface, or any associated services available at jill55.net. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the jill55 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

jill55 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. 02 Eligibility & Registration

jill55 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason. Registration of an account does not guarantee the right to place wagers or withdraw funds until identity verification has been completed to jill55's satisfaction.

03 Account Responsibilities

Each registered player is solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their jill55 login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jill55 will never ask you for your password through any communication channel.

• You must not share your jill55 account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access the platform using your account.
• You must not transfer, sell, or assign your jill55 account or any funds held within it to another person.
• Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at any given time. If jill55 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances held pending investigation.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your jill55 account, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify jill55 immediately via the contact details provided in Section 14.

jill55 employs industry-standard security measures to protect player accounts. However, jill55 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jill55 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the registered jill55 account holder — are strictly prohibited.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. jill55 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Deposits are generally credited to your jill55 wallet within the timeframes published in the platform's payment information section; GCash and Maya deposits typically process within three (3) minutes under normal operating conditions.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method originally used for deposits where technically possible. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) requirements. jill55 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts in your own name. jill55 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• jill55 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise specified.

jill55 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawal transactions. However, fees levied by your bank, GCash, or Maya may apply and are outside jill55's control.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

jill55 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the point of activation. The following general rules apply to all jill55 bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed the required KYC verification process.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus funds or any winnings derived therefrom can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.

06 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jill55 platform — including slot games, live dealer tables, bingo, roulette, sports betting, and specialty games — are operated in accordance with the rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jill55 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the jill55 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the jill55 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the jill55 platform, including placing bets or exploiting game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the jill55 platform. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided and the relevant account suspended.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including but not limited to live poker or other multiplayer formats.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of transactions through your payment provider after funds have been used for wagering on jill55.
• Providing false or misleading information to jill55 at any stage, including during registration, KYC verification, or in support communications.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your jill55 account.
• Accessing the jill55 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

08 Responsible Gaming

jill55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates strictly in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines for online gaming platforms in the Philippines. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is not a source of income. jill55 strongly encourages all players to set personal limits and to play within their means.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jill55 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content from the jill55 platform without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any jill55 software or game.
• Use any jill55 trademark, brand name, or logo in any manner that could cause confusion with the jill55 brand or imply an endorsement that does not exist.

Any unauthorised use of jill55 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account licence and may give rise to legal proceedings.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jill55 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the jill55 platform or any services offered therein.

Without limiting the foregoing, jill55 expressly disclaims liability for:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Interruptions, errors, or delays in platform availability caused by factors outside jill55's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, force majeure events, or third-party payment processor delays.
• Losses incurred as a result of reliance on inaccurate information published on the platform where such inaccuracies resulted from a technical error, provided that jill55 corrects the error within a reasonable time upon becoming aware of it.
• Any taxation obligations arising from winnings. It is the sole responsibility of the player to comply with all applicable tax laws in their jurisdiction with respect to gambling winnings.

jill55's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

jill55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the jill55 Privacy Policy.

In summary, jill55 collects personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details, financial information, and gameplay data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. jill55 will not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

jill55 may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory bodies where required by Philippine law or by valid legal process. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of these Terms or the Privacy Policy.

12 Suspension & Termination

jill55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time and at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may give rise to suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period upon request.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with your jill55 account.
• Suspected collusion, use of prohibited software, or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account.
• Regulatory requirements that necessitate the suspension or termination of services to particular players or regions.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, jill55 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — such as a voluntary closure request — any verified account balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after all applicable checks have been completed.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally between the player and jill55 through the complaints procedure described in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Where applicable, regulatory disputes relating to gaming operations may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant competent authority.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict any player's statutory rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
